Sarasota, Florida is a wonderful community and an exciting destination for those of you seeking an escape from the cold winter climates. Our "season" is from December through March. We have a range of furnished vacation properties that can be rented for one month or more. These are typically homes, condos or villas that can be rented on the beach, in a golf course community or on the mainland.

ONE MONTH MINIMUM OCCUPANCY REQUIRED FOR SEASONAL & VACATION RENTALS.
 
Annual Rental Information
Although I am somewhat biased, Sarasota is one of the nicest places in the United States in which to live. The cost of living is below the national average and we have a very low unemployment rate, which gives us a very good job market. In addition, our schools are among the best in Florida. Homes, villas and condos rent in all price ranges.
